An immersive dining experience set within a beautiful walled victorian garden and helmed by David Taylor - a vibrant chef with a contagious, informed adoration of the land & those who are working symbiotically with it. 

David and his wife Annette spent 12 months prior to opening visiting a range of farmers and fisherman across the UK, finding businesses that are working sensitively in their environments, using a range of practices including re-wilding, diversification agroforestry, and biodynamic farming.

Whether staying overnight in one of the gorgeous garden suites or just visiting the restaurant you will leave feeling truly connected.
