RESTAURANTS

Chef’s are naturally drawn to ordering regenerative produce as it is has the most flavour thanks to the juicy, microbe rich soil from which it’s grown. The chef’s below are going beyond this; they are visiting the farms and learning the story of the land and hands that produce the food. They are creating dishes around little-known vegetables to support crop diversity. Some have even built a restaurant around a farm to create an experience of connection that stays with you long after pudding.

Eat at any of the places below and taste the very best version of what’s in season!

chains

It's very exciting to see chain restaurants move towards regenerative agriculture because it creates a huge impact for our farmers. Andy Cato says that Wildfarmed are “on the long road to Greggs” because when every sausage roll around the country, meat or vegan, uses regenerative wheat, we are winning baby!

It’s also important that regenerative eating more accessible. Not everyone can afford a six-course tasting menu, so chain restaurants offer a more affordable way for people to support the regenerative movement!
